Pumpkin Spice Season Is Back: 7 Must-Try Treats for Fall

Summer’s winding down, and you know what that means — pumpkin spice everything is back. Lattes, doughnuts, ice cream, baked goods — cinnamon, nutmeg, and cloves are taking over menus everywhere. Coffee chains, fast-food places, even theme parks are rolling out their fall lineups earlier than ever. If you’re ready to dive in, here are seven pumpkin spice items worth trying right now.

Starbucks is still the king of pumpkin spice. This year they’ve got the classic Pumpkin Spice Latte, plus Pumpkin Cream Cold Brew, Iced Pumpkin Cream Chai, and a new Pecan Oatmilk Cortado. Want to make it at home? They sell PSL creamers, ready-to-drink bottles, and fall-themed coffee bags in stores.

Dunkin’ is going all out with fall. They’ve got Pumpkin Spice Iced Signature Lattes, Pumpkin Donuts, and Iced Pumpkin Loaf Cakes. And the Pumpkin Spice Grahams — a collab with Goldfish — are back on shelves this season.

If frozen treats are your thing, Dairy Queen has the Pumpkin Pie Blizzard back — a fan favorite. They also added a Caramel Toffee Cookie Blizzard and Maple Cookie Shake. Rewards members can snag a Blizzard for 85 cents on select September dates.

Krispy Kreme has the Original Glazed Pumpkin Spice Cake Doughnut, plus pumpkin spice lattes and coffees. Limited-time flavors and seasonal boxes make it a great stop for a sweet fall treat.

McDonald’s has its own Pumpkin Spice Latte and Pumpkin Spice Iced Coffee. They’re also bringing back the Pumpkin & Crème Pie — a warm, flaky dessert with just the right spice-to-sweetness balance.

Tim Hortons’ fall menu includes Pumpkin Spice Lattes, iced cappuccinos, and seasonal baked goods like donuts and muffins. This year the drinks use real pumpkin puree for a richer flavor. There are also apple-inspired options for anyone who wants a non-pumpkin fall treat.

Disneyland and Disney World are getting in on the action too. You’ll find pumpkin soft-serve, pumpkin cheesecake, churros, and even bourbon-pumpkin spice chocolate coolers. Plus themed Mickey pumpkin merch — it’s a whole fall food and shopping experience.
